Wipro Education Partner’s Forum

In this issue of ‘Samuhik Pahal’, we reflect on our experiences of the 21st edition of Wipro Education Partners’ Forum. The three-day event took place during December 4-6, 2024, at the Azim Premji University campus in Bengaluru. This edition of the Forum focused on the theme of “Capacity building for and by civil society organizations”.

The pieces in this issue of Samuhik Pahal capture this year’s Forum’s formal and informal events and processes. These include plenary sessions, and the discussions in sub-groups and program groups, focused on various aspects related to learning at individual and organizational levels, which make our capacity building journeys possible. The issue also captures processes of a couple of master classes (out of the eleven that took place during the Forum) that partners participated in.

This edition of the Forum also saw many informal interactions that took place in between and after the formal sessions. Some of these had already a place in the agenda, and included processes such as nature walks, musical evenings, and a TLM mela. Some others, like conversations in groups around tea and coffee, musical musings after dinner, and meandering walks involving the sharing of personal and organizational journeys, sprang up impromptu. This issue of Samuhik Pahal tries to capture some of these spaces and moments as well.
