Viridius Social Impact Solutions Private Limited is an Indian Non-Government Company, registered in Bengaluru (Karnataka). Its work focuses on three strategic levers for change: i) Wellbeing of Individuals in Organizational Contexts; ii) Strategic Organizational Design and Development; and, iii) Building Capacity and Capability of Local Self Governments in both Rural and Urban Settings.

The organization offers a range of courses and workshops in the areas of well-being, development sector leadership, organization development, change management, self-development and program design and evaluation. It works with its clients to understand the problems and the contexts in which they work. It helps them to develop holistic and precise solutions to these problems, and supports them through the evolutionary phases of implementing the design, evaluating its impact and enhancing the effectiveness of the intervention.

Personal Mastery for Development Leadership (PMDL) is a self-development program run by Viridus for social sector professionals. The intent of the program is to initiate and support journeys of growth of people working in the social sector to help them expand the ability to create desired results in professional and personal lives and to work towards their well-being.
