Urban water systems and the people who rely on them are under threat from factors such as climate change, deteriorating infrastructure, and an ever-increasing population. Many of the water supply and sustainability issues in Indian cities remain unresolved.
In partnership with Care Earth Trust, we are inviting Chennai-based organizations committed to working on urban water solutions for a Bootcamp that will offer participants access to a series of online lectures on urban water management between December 2021 – January 2022. At the end of the training, participants will be mentored by subject experts to apply for Wipro Foundation’s Urban Ecology Small Grants Program.
Chennai-based water conservation projects and ideas which are participatory, and community-based, are encouraged to apply.
