The Wipro Cares funding model comprises three tracks: (i) Employee contribution matched by Wipro (ii) Direct budget allocation from Wipro Ltd (iii) ‘Donations’ from other companies like Wipro Enterprises Private Limited (WEL) as part of their CSR strategy.

The Wipro Cares governance framework is a great example of where employees play a key role in volunteering and contribution. More than 47,000 Wipro employees are currently engaged with Wipro Cares, either through volunteering or monetary contributions, or both.
